Measure the inside floor length
Measure from the inside front edge to the inside back wall where the liner will sit. Do not measure the outside of the letterbox.

How to measure your letterbox for a custom liner.
A good fit starts with three simple numbers: inside length, inside width, and front opening height. Measure in millimetres and send a photo if the box has rounded corners, a raised lip, or a narrow door.
Measure the inside floor width
Measure left to right across the flat floor. If the sides taper, use the smallest usable width so the insert can slide in easily.
Check the front opening height
The liner must pass through the opening. If the door or slot is tight, send the opening height and a front photo. A split-piece liner may be better for some parcel boxes.

Send one photo looking into the empty letterbox, one photo of the front opening, and one photo showing any rusty base, raised lip, or unusual shape. These photos help us check whether a notch, rounded corner, or split design is needed before printing.
